  I built my home with Bridgewater Builders 13 months ago. The process was easy. This is my second home & would build with Peter & his team again. If you are looking for quality work from a builder then Bridgewater is the choice. The tradesmen they use have been with them for a long time, i found that nearly every day someone was on site working not being left for a week then someone comes back. My home size is 280sqm an took 15 weeks to build so no mucking around. Ask for Suzanne if you are looking to build she will help you out for sure.

  Wonderful service from the team at Bridgewater! Husband and I have just moved into our new build and are completely happy with everything from start to finish. To pull off our style of house with all the trimmings at 20 weeks during this busy climate was amazing and we will definitely build with Shaun and the team again. Special mention to Michelle and Alicia in the office for answering every single one of our questions. Highly recommend!

  I have recently built my first home with Bridgewater Builders. From the first point of contact with Michelle, it was a breath of fresh air! She was very compassionate & professional in every way, making an experience I was expecting to be highly stressful, seem completely the opposite. During the building process, Shaun was on the ball with weekly updates & was always contactable. He also had no issue when I had the most simple or ridiculous questions for him. After hand over, I only had very minor touch ups needed & were completed very swiftly by the appropriate trades. After this experience, I would highly recommend Michelle, Shaun & Bridgewater Builders to anyone thinking about building. Thanks again guys, I'm absolutely stoked with my new home!

  I choose Bridgewater Builders, after reviewing multiple building company's, how i came to this decision, was easy. Right from the start i spoke with Kendall her attitude and approach was fantastic. As i knew i would be starting this project while i worked away remote, so i had limited time face to face, i needed someone that i could work remotely with. Kendall was interested in my ideas of a plan and worked very well with me and my budget. The initial start base price, for what i was aiming to complete to build, was all in my budget, and i knew i could work with this and Kendall, this is all what sold me. I started this project working with Kendall in mid 2014 and she continued to work with me until mid 2015, to get every detail on paper completed, eg, plans, colors, lighting every detail of the house ready for the build. I thank Kendall, i really could not off achieved this project with out her, full of enthusiasm and ideas to help me along. An excellent person to work with. I was then handed over to Alison, she would send me the invoices and advise me if there were any changes, the foreman who over seen the job was Shaun, he was excellent, he would ring/email/send regular photos, if there were changes, he really kept me up to speed. During the build I made two site visits, slab and framing then the final on completion. I was very happy with the build, everything to plan, with very good finishings and the workmanship were of high standards, the plastering, i was very happy with and the painting looked great. I think Peter you have a fantastic team of people working for you. I certainly look forward to the next build with Bridgewater Builders. Regards Dawn
