Cairns Netball was recently awarded grant funding for a significant facility upgrade, and as part of the funding requirements, it was mandatory to engage a Project Manager. We partnered with Bestruct and worked closely with Rebecca throughout the design, tendering, and construction phases of our project. From the outset, Rebecca demonstrated a high level of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail. Her clear communication and proactive approach ensured that all stakeholders were kept informed and that the project progressed smoothly and efficiently. She effectively managed timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination, which was especially valuable given the complexities of working within grant funding conditions. One of the most valuable aspects of Rebecca’s service was her skill in breaking down complex technical information into clear, understandable terms, making it much easier to navigate the project. Her calm and solutions-focused attitude helped us overcome several unexpected challenges without unnecessary delays or stress. Rebecca’s knowledge of construction processes and local industry contacts was also instrumental in securing competitive tenders and ensuring a high standard of work throughout the project. We would highly recommend Rebecca to other organisations undertaking similar projects. Her expertise, reliability, and client-focused approach made a real difference to the success of our project.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging Bestruct for a project and my experience was exceptional. Their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction provided me with complete peace of mind, ensuring that all aspects of the project were meticulously managed. One of the standout features of Bestruct's service was their ability to streamline the typically stressful process of liaising with the local council. They transformed what was an exceedingly complex issue into a manageable and straightforward solution. Their efficiency in obtaining responses from the Cairns City Council was remarkable, a stark contrast to my previous direct dealings with the council which were far from immediate. Furthermore, Bestruct significantly alleviated the burden of compliance, transforming what is often a daunting task into a seamless and simple process. Their expertise and proactive approach were invaluable, saving me time and stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Bestruct to anyone navigating the intricacies of planning and dealing with the Cairns City Council. Their exemplary service has truly impressed me, and I am confident that they will exceed your expectations as well.
