From the very first meeting there was a "connection" and they were both helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. They helped navigate the process, to make is easy.   Our experience with BCC Homes has been exceptional from start to finish. Communication was seamless and efficient, with quick replies through WhatsApp and any further clarification always followed up by a personal phone call from Krystle or Sam. They take pride in their customer satisfaction and absolutely delivered on that promise. The quality of the finishings is outstanding -particularly the painting. What really stood out was their warmth and care for us as people, not just as clients, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Despite the challenges of difficult access to and on our block, the BCC Homes team never once complained. Instead, they focused on finding practical solutions and ensuring every step complied with council and building regulations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way - always crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s - gave us complete confidence in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the initial consultation and dealing with all the council paperwork to the final handover, the team was professional , communicative and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. They completed the project on time and within budget, with impeccable attention to detail and high quality finishes. The trades people were respectful , tidy and a pleasure to have around.   BCC Homes were first recommended to me by my draftsman. When my mother and I first met Sam we were impressed by his knowledge, honesty and straight forward manner. Likewise, when I met Krystle I immediately felt very comfortable and at ease. They were both very open and transparent throughout the entire build and the level of communication was outstanding. Glen was thorough, has a real eye for detail and has a wealth of experience. I felt very confident in approaching any of them with my multitude of question’s throughout the entire process. They were unfailingly good natured, trustworthy and reliable. Together, they are an outstanding team and we couldn’t recommend them enough. We love our beautiful little jewel of a granny flat. If I had another property I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
