Nick continually updates you on the progress of the build and always discusses any variations with you. We had some difficulties combining the old with the new as my house is old, Nick was patient and informative when dealing with the problems and kept me up to date at all times. The end product is amazing and I know it will last me forever, I am extremely happy with the completion of my build and if you want your project completed by a professional and expert then Nick is the builder you need. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick for any work you require, it was an absolute pleasure working with Nick from start to finish he is knowledgeable, professional, honest and great to work with.

Read moreWe hired Arco Projects to renovate our laundry and the surrounding storage area underneath our house in November 2023. I have to say it's the best experience with a renovation that I have ever had. Nick kept us informed every step of the way. He gave us options and helped workshop with us what difference each option could make to the end result. Nick project managed a team of plumbers, plasterers, renderers, tilers, electricians, and painters. We never once had to question what stage the reno was at because Nick made sure that we knew and that it met with our approval. After each tradie had finished their part, Nick inspected their work and discussed it with us before signing off on it. If he felt he wasn't happy with what had been done, he called back the tradie and had them redo it at no cost to us. There are not enough good words to convey how impressed we are. My laundry is not only highly functional, I think it might be the best room in the house! I would recommend Arco Projects for anything you need without hesitation.
