We are loving our home! Thankfully, we chose to build with the best in the business:-) Nomiki and Maria made sure they responded to our queries and even gave us a number of potential options, which showed their genuine desire to address our needs. Elizabeth, on the other hand, demonstrated honest and open communication throughout the whole building process. I remember sending her a letter of 'complaint' after becoming impatient with the seemingly 'slow' process at some point. She responded in a truthful manner - explaining why the company's timeline may not be the same as other builders as Territory Homes carefully select skilled individuals to get the job done. This means that other builders may build faster, but based on my observation of the finishings from the other builders, Territory Homes' quality of build and the level of attention they put in in every home they build are second to none. Elizabeth did not promise speeding up the whole process, but she pointed to the timeline given at the start of the build, giving assurance to adhere to that timeline and at the same time, to ensure quality in each and every build. There is a reason why majority of soon to be homeowners choose Territory Homes:-)
