Danielle has been a star right from the start, designing exactly what we wanted and fitting it into our budget, the weekly communication during the 8 month build (on time) is super helpful and the follow up at completion is outstanding. The workmanship and quality of Ben and his team of contractors is nothing short of amazing, every room we walk into we are blown away with the quality of the work. I could not recommend Bendella Homes highly enough for anyone looking to build their home. Will definitely build again through Danielle & Ben. Excellent value for money.

Their prices are very competitive (if not the cheapest) and their quality is great. The best part about Bendella was that they thought of everything we didn’t and didn’t just ignore things they thought would look better or make the home more functional. Danielle provided amazing customer service from start to finish and she was really family friendly and approachable (not like the big companies). Bendella was also super flexible. As we saved more money, they allowed us to make small variations without charging us variation fees. They also kept to the contract and there was no hidden fees or charges. I would recommend Bendella to anyone building their dream home. Their attention to detail, customer service and quality of service is second to none. Thanks guys!!

Danielle went over and above to answer all of our questions and design a house that we were both happy with whilst also sticking to our budget.
