We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe and his incredible team at Transform Build Solutions after lodging an insurance claim for damage to our kitchen, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. From the very first day, Joe was accommodating, understanding, and genuinely invested in making the entire process as stress-free as possible for us. I am currently pregnant, and Joe immediately recognised the importance of ensuring we were safe and comfortable throughout the repairs. He went above and beyond by coordinating with our insurance company to have us temporarily relocated to a beautiful, comfortable Airbnb that also catered perfectly to our pets. This alone showed his level of care and attention, but it didn’t stop there. Joe managed multiple trades on our behalf and ensured we received the highest quality workmanship. He organised the best people for the job, oversaw every detail, and even helped us include a few upgrades we wanted along the way. His communication with both my partner and me was exceptional — clear, consistent, and always proactive. At no point did we feel out of the loop. One moment that truly stood out was when Joe personally came to visit us and deliver the tiles we had selected. It’s the kind of thoughtful gesture you don’t see often, and it really highlighted his commitment to customer care. Our kitchen has now been restored beautifully, and the experience from start to finish has been nothing short of outstanding. We are so grateful for Joe and his team of trades, their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a challenging situation so much easier. We would recommend Joe and Transform Build Solutions in a heartbeat to anyone needing a builder. They are absolutely exceptional.

I found Clinton, Clayton and the team to be knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, patient, and easy to deal with. They took the time to understand what I wanted, talked me through the process and made it as simple as possible. There was clear communication and progress updates from start to finish. We give Transform Building Solutions a whopping 5 stars!! We recently lodged a claim for storm damage to our home. Transform Building Solutions(TBS) were allocated the job. Right from the first contact they were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work was completed to a very high standard and the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and rubbish was removed. Thank you to all the trades and team. We were very impressed and highly recommend TBS.
