The Team at Total Span Fyshwick Canberra provided an excellent service; from sales, to interaction during the procurement process, to the final delivery and installation at site. They were responsive to my queries and always got back to me with answers. I found them proactive and responsive in all my dealings. My project in a rural location on the NSW Far South Coast provided a number of challenges and we were able to quietly and diligently and patiently work through every one of them to produce a first class product and outcome. All dealings were done on a considered, fair and respectful basis. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a shed.

Very happy with the end result of recent works done, love the new shed. Akshay and Krunal were easy to work with, proactive in their questions, very competitive on price and quick to respond. The only small hiccup in the whole process was the delivery timing of the shed kit (arrived the day before expected, and the very end of the day with no notice), but this was likely because to the 3rd party courier. The install team also did a great job, got the shed up quick and went the extra mile to ensure the install was top notch.

Looked around for a long while to find the right carport and company to do it. Chose Totalspan after getting an on site quote... (most companies just quoted by email) The quote WAS VERY DETAILED.... included all dimensions, materials etc... .... other companies had simply... 1x carport $12,000 plus GST = $13,200 which shows no information as to what you get for the money. Totalspan WAS GREAT... the guys who installed it were polite and professional (and on time) I had a few design/engineering requests , like where to put a post so a gate can attach to it etc... and Saul from Totalspan just made it happen. Very happy with the whole experience. Thanks
