The finished mailbox is exactly what we were after…quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ty was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Ty just completed a herringbone brick porch by our front door. Ty has been great to work with. From the moment we called to discuss the scope of work to seeing it through the end, Ty has been thorough and professional. We were already impressed when we called for quotes and Ty asked us many follow up question to ensure he gives us exact quote and the agreement was transparent. Exceptional person to work with. He built a brand new brick fence for us with a parcel box. He patiently worked with us to finalise a design in our price range which included custom capping for one of the pillars. He has great attention to detail and responds very quickly to any questions. Neighbours have complimented the fence also!

Exceptional craftsmanship! Ty carefully removed the residue, expertly repointed the brick joints with colour-matched mortar, and filled the vertical control joints with a neat, flexible sealant – the attention to detail was impressive!
