We had a really smooth experience with Buildfix from start to finish. From making the initial appointment, to the structural engineer Mark who came out and completed the assessment, through to Lucas the plumber, and finally the resin injection carried out by Jack and Luke to address subsidence cracking — the whole process was seamless. Jack and Luke were fantastic to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were both friendly, approachable, and professional. They went well above what was expected, took the time to show us what had been done, and made sure we were completely comfortable and happy with the work before finishing up. Highly recommend Buildfix.

Great team to work with. Have done resin injection and wall crack fix using HelicalBar. Buildfix team (Joe, Jack, Harrison and Luke) are professional and very easy approachable and explain everything clearly. Joe did the first site inspection and quotation and he explained what need to be done clearly, he is also very responsive. Jack and Harrison did the resin injection and they explained what will be done prior to the works on site. I asked them many questions during the process and they explained with patience and always smiling. Luke did the wall crack repair. He also very approachable and easy to talk to. He’s very detail and completed the job tidy and neat. He also help out with the gap filling near the angle bar to my window frame due to the crack before. All this is completed under 40 degree heat today. Much appreciated to whole Buildfix Team.

We contacted Buildfix as our house was starting to show signs that something was wrong. We had doors that were sticking, walls and paint were cracking and the tiles were cracking outside. Buildfix first sent a Structural engineer who spent quite a while assessing the property and the damage, they then prepared a quote and initial report of their findings. Once we confirmed that we wanted to move ahead with the job they sent a plumber out to make sure there was nothing in the way so the job could be completed successfully, the final stage was having the work completed which took place over 1 day. From start to finish we had a great experience with Buidfix Mark, Jack, Harrison and Luke all did fantastic work, were friendly and also took the time to explain all the details to us as this is not something that we would have previously understood. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Buildfix.

Buildfix has been amazing we had one of their best Engineers Chris come out and give us a quote to raise the home in a couple spots that were sinking at the front and another to fix the cracks in the brickwork. We then had the plumber Lucas come out and do a thorough check to see where exactly the pipes were located who was very courteous. The first two technicians who came out were Jack and Harrison and they were very professional and had the house raised in half a day without any issues. The second day we had George and Kyle come out to install bars in the brickwork and close up the cracks, one of the cracks being quite substantial. We were very surprised with how neat the work was when the job was complete, the bricks were painted a non standard colour so once we paint it again you won't even be able to tell. Overall very happy with Buildfix everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable in their field and a big thanks to all the ladies from the office who helped along the way.

Seamless process from start to finish over 2 stages foundations and brick wall cracks. 3 days to complete. From engineer Chris to Plummer Inspector. Admin Staff and work teams Joe/Luke - George/Kyle, Communication, Timellness and Discipline on the site was second to none. Left site spotless. All paperwork handled efficiently. Top Job no signs of intrusion to brickwork and pavement. Thank You Team.

Don't make my mistake, engage Buildfix first. I couldn't be happier with the experience of engaging Buildfix. From Joe completing the site assessment/ quote, the office team and the repair team Joe and Jamie the whole experience has been professional I would highly recommend Buildfix for anyone with subsidence issues. Pricing was more than reasonable and compared to a competitor I had previously engaged, Buildfix delivered the results.
