I run training courses across Australia,, this is the first time that I have their facility. Great place with awesome staff who are so helpful, a shoutout to Bashar and Ana whose help was most appreciated. The training areas are clean with modern AV equipment.

I completed my First Aid training with Training Ahead Australia today, and David Bourke was an exceptional instructor! He made the course engaging, clear, and practical. Highly recommend both the training and David for anyone wanting a great learning experience.

I recently completed my Cat 3 Medical, TTSA, and RIW with Training Ahead Australia, and the entire experience was excellent. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The process was well organised and efficient, making what could have been a stressful day completely seamless. Today I renewed my 2.2 V/Line Certificate with Training Ahead Australia. Jeremy Tobschall was my trainer, and he was absolutely fantastic. He is a very knowledgeable and engaging teacher—light-hearted yet informative throughout the session. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and he made the training both enjoyable and effective. Thank you, Jeremy, and the Training Ahead Australia team for the great experience!

Did my Rail Infrastructure (Labouring) Cert II here this week; Michael was my trainer. Absolutely loved it. He’s very knowledgeable and more than happy to expand on anything you don’t fully understand - and he does it without any judgement. I'm not in the working in the rail sector yet - but most of the students in the class were and already knew most of the material, but whenever I had questions, Michael helped without hesitation. The class was, in my opinion, as fun and relaxed as it could be while still delivering the course to a high standard - and I never felt out of place, even when others already knew something. There were a few technical issues as TAA has just transitioned from paper to digital for the theory work (this was their first week using it, to be fair), but Michael and the team helped smooth out all the problems and got us through without major hiccups. He didn’t let the tech issues affect his attitude toward the class, which is also very commendable. At the end of the course, I stayed behind to have a quick chat with him and another trainer for some guidance and direction as I’m trying to get into the industry without a network. I wasn’t asking for a reference or anything (I wouldn’t want that, as if you make a mistake while learning, their name is potentially on the line) - just advice on further courses, labour hire companies, etc., as I’ve stacked a tonne of certs and tickets to get a foot in the door. Both trainers were happy to chat and answer any questions I had. From first-hand experience doing a *lot* of courses, I can say most trainers at RTOs are generally decent and open to a good laugh, but they often go quiet if you ask for a bit of guidance after class. It can make you feel like a hindrance or like you’re trying to sell something - even if you’re genuinely just looking for direction. This was a stark (and very welcome) difference, their attitude was exemplary and truly appreciated. You can tell these guys genuinely care about what they teach, the safety surrounding the subject material, and about the careers of their students; I wish more were like them. I hope TAA know they're genuinely lucky to have them on board. So thank you again, Michael (and your coworker - sorry for not knowing your name matey). You're both legends. Hopefully I'll be back sometime down the track to further upskill. :)
