After contacting a few other companies for a quote for some backyard shade sails (some took too long to respond or didn’t at all), I decided to contact Shade Experience. I received a reply within 24 hours which is always a good sign. Correspondence with Ashlee was exceptional. She was always on top of everything and was a pleasure to deal with. The gentlemen who came out to do the quotes and install were also fantastic. Very friendly and had great workmanship. I’ve dealt with many business for various home improvements, and Shade Experience is by far the best out there for customer service. We’re so thrilled with our sails and will continue to recommend to anyone who’ll listen!
