He took the time to explain everything clearly, was very professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. There was a minor hiccup due to some additional work “we did” on the house, which meant the installation had to be rescheduled for re-adjustments. However, Phil was back within a week to complete the job, demonstrating great commitment and reliability. The end product is simply stunning. The quality and look of the blinds exceeded our expectations – we couldn’t have wished for a better finish. The team’s help and support along the way were truly appreciated, making us feel valued and confident in our choices. We also managed to negotiate a great price, with all parties happy and satisfied. Our experience has been so positive that we’re now planning to have more work done by Action Awnings. Honestly, compared to the blinds we installed 12 years ago, these new ones are a hundred percent better in quality, appearance, and functionality. They were a very friendly team who measured, spoke over the phone, sent invoices, and installed the doors. All polite and efficient, with excellent communication and attention to detail. It was great dealing with Ian from Action Awnings. Fairly priced and quality product. Blinds were well installed by Nick who even took time to explain operation of blinds, common issues and how to prevent them.
