Fantastic individual service with elegant solution to unusual problem of an umbrella (bought elsewhere) not fitting the pole diameter in a much loved outdoor table. Excellent analysis, easy communication and prompt production at less than quote! Locally owned, managed and accessible.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and exceptional service. The product installed (cafe awnings) was of high quality. Martin, David and the team made the process from start to finish so easy as well as took on a few extra tasks we requested to resolve all our concerns or rather requirements. For example, cut down the outdoor umbrellas to allow the awnings cover a further area of our outdoor seating area, and then repair another outdoor umbrella which was out of operation for 2 weeks which they free of charge and the little things like taking the time to simply screw if the remote control bracket onto a wall. A great Aussie, true, down to earth family business. Highly recommend their products and services. Absolutely rapt!!

This is a gem of a business. I was planning a large party, and needed two new wooden umbrellas to match several I already owned, so metal was not an option. After a significant time spent on trying to find umbrellas that were both available, and reasonably priced, I was ready to give up when I came upon this business. After one encouraging phone call, I stopped by and received excellent advice and service. A few days later, two very good umbrellas perfect for my needs and budget were delivered to my Mornington Peninsula, set up quickly without fuss and my problem was solved. Having bought umbrellas several times previously, it seemed to me that this industry has a lot of participants who have cheap, low quality products, and some who have good products but at outrageous prices. It was a great relief to find this business, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
