    A big thanks to Greg for calling me back today, even though I didn't leave a message. I called to ask him to repair a broken chain on a roller blind. Although he was more than happy to repair it, he offered advice on how to fix it myself. It took me less than a minute to fix and cost $3. I really appreciate his helpful, friendly advice and would totally recommend him. Thanks again.
