Very professional service and product. Easy to follow instructions for installing fixing points and taking measurements. Once ordered it was about 1 week to arrive on my front door, in Sydney! Everything was provided to install the sail myself, including very clear and concise instructions and photos, which made installation a breeze. Could not be happier!

Super impressed and very pleased with the 2 shade sails supplied by DIY shade sails. After dismally considering the range at our local hardware store, the quality of these sails evident. And it's not just me who is impressed - our handyman installer said the instructions were clear, that he was pleased with the way the sails were constructed and said the wire edging is essential for a long-term quality fit. We were looking to minimise the view of 2 storey next-door units and can say that problem is pretty much solved. Additionally, I'm surprised at how much cooler it is under the sails - this is now the perfect place to wash the car, and it's lovely to sit outside with my morning coffee in private. Alan was friendly, approachable, very helpful and quick to respond to my questions - this is just what you want when you are dealing with a company that is interstate. Thank you again for the best buying experience.

Do yourself a favour and have a go at putting that shade sail up yourself. We are very pleased with the outcome and quality of the shade sail provided by DIY Shade sails. It was easy to put up and looks great, giving us that much needed shade over the yard for the kids. Just make sure your measurements are spot on and you can't go wrong.
