Annexe Solutions

Graeme and I had Joe fit an annexe to our first caravan. We were very impressed with his prompt and efficient service and quality product. We have just upgraded to a slightly bigger caravan and Joe is retro fitting the annexe to the new van. He also performed a Leak Test on the new van and repaired the imperfections that he found. During our stay at a caravan park in Illawarra coastal region an arm on our roll out awning became unattached from our caravan. Within a short time of contacting Annexe Solutions to explain the problem, Joe arrived at the park we were based at. Although the arm was bent, Joe successfully reattached the arm to the wall of our van. As we had previously become aware of the awning showing signs of fraying, due to age, we decided to replace the awning and new arms. Awning on our caravan tore whilst on the road and I asked for recommendations for repairer on Facebook which lead us to Annexe Solutions. We rolled in first thing Monday morning and the team were more than willing to assist us that day. We left our van and went and did some shopping, and a few hours later our awning was fully replaced with better quality canvas than we had.
