From our first initial phone call to completion of the job everyone we dealt with at The Arbor Centre company was professional, knowledgeable, well mannered and polite. Good old fashioned service! They arrived on time, took the greatest care and tidied up the garden afterwards. We cannot rate the quality of their service high enough. We would most definitely use this company’s services again.

A team from The Arbor Centre pruned our large 95 year old camphor laurel tree a fortnight ago. They had pruned this tree 3 times previously between 2009 and 2018. My wife and I were very satisfied with the outcome following each of these previous maintenance prunings, and this was the primary reason for re-engaging them recently. The tree is approx 20m tall, and similar canopy diameter. It overhangs 3 blocks adjacent our block, and is appreciated by all of us for the shade it provides, and the wildlife it supports. Arbor Centre staff listened to, and heeded, the advice my wife and I gave concerning what we hoped would be achieved during the works (& why). Arbor Centre staff climbed within the tree to remove all deadwood and crossing limbs, and lightened limbs that extended over buildings. The work was completed safely and without damage to people, improvements, or other vegetation in the vicinity. The staff were courteous and thoughtful, and the work was completed without unnecessary disturbance to either ourselves, or our neighbours. The Arbor Centre provided a professional and competent service. As a company, they were a pleasure to do business with again. We recommend them.

High quality work: 20m+length of tall hedge pruning, shaping and pruning large Liquid Amber, enormous Pepper tree removal and pruning extremely tall Lilly Pillies in a harness. No fuss - good clean up. awesome!

We had our large tree removed from the back, the stump was hugging the shed quite tightly and was overhanging everywhere. Very honest and professional service as also the quality of work was worth 10 stars if I could give them, no damage, clean site and efficient with a very good price, I would highly recommend anyone who needs a tree's service to contact the Arbour team.
