We’ve had All Trees Arborists attend our property twice in the past two years for large-scale jobs, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time I dealt with Donny, he was professional, approachable, and provided a detailed, fairly priced quote. We had very large trees that needed to be cut and stumped, and the work was carried out efficiently and safely. The second time, we needed urgent pruning to clear branches back from gutters and remove safety hazards. Donny and his team were able to fit the job in perfectly on time, which was a huge relief. Our strata property company also found it seamless to deal with Bec, who handled all the paperwork and insurance details with ease—no hassles at all. We recently had Donny and his team complete a large amount of tree removal within our yard and we couldn’t be happier. Their communication was excellent, they were prompt, professional, experienced and the price was reasonable. Donny was able to provide some great knowledge of the large gum tress we left in the yard and how to best prune them back without butchering them to make them healthy. They are the stand out in our yard. The team went above and beyond to the point of cleaning up after themselves around the pool area after cutting down some palms. All Trees came and removed a cluster of tall wild strelitzias from our rear garden. They were on time, did a brilliant job (and quickly) and cleared everything away afterwards. I'm very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them :)
