Alex is an absolute legend and we cannot recommend him highly enough! Our young indoor cat got out and somehow ended about 8m up our tree, within 30 minutes of calling Vantage Tree Services Alex was up there and getting her down. She usually doesn’t like strangers but trusted Alex and clung to him the whole way down, and stayed with him after enjoying some pats. We are so grateful for his timely and compassionate response, expertise skills, and how fast he managed to get up that damned tree! Alex and his crew have done a wonderful job once more. Always helpful, courteous and professional, he was careful to fulfill every requirement, and waited for us to inspect his work before he left.
