Highly recommend Joel and his team. I was quite worried and hesitant initially with my decision to cut the trees (being so close to my and neighbour's house) Joel is very knowledgeable about trees and has given valuable advice. He has a friendly and skillful team as well which gives peace of mind during the process of cutting and removing stump. Overall, a very pleasant experience and very high quality work. Amazed at their speed, not to mention the after work clean up is first class too!

If I could give 10 stars to Joel I would! He was very responsive when I contacted him and extremely helpful in determining the best course of action for removal of our bothersome fig tree. He was quick to give me a wonderful quote which was much better than competitors and kept me up to date on his arrival time at my property. He was even early! Within 40 minutes the job was done , along with an extra helping hand to remove a storm damaged branch. Joel and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and I will be using them again and recommending them to friends.

Joel's Tree Service is one of the best arborist services I have ever delt with period. Now let me explain why. My story is a complicated one as the trees I needed to remove were my neighbours, and they didn't want these trees removed. I started getting quotes to at least cut my neighbours trees back to the fence line of my property and pay out of my own pocket. Each quote I got was roughly around the same price until I met Joel. Joel noticed that my neighbours trees had started to cause damage to my concrete and cracks started to show on the side of my home. As you could imagine this was quite alarming. Joel then asked if he may speak to my neighbours and explain what was happening to my home. His communication skills and knowledge were above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, Joel had made a breakthrough with my neighbours and they decided to remove their 10 massive cypress trees from their property which was pressing on my fence line. In one day, everything was removed quick and safely. I am really lost for words to be honest. My house has been saved and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Joel and his team.
