Living in a rental so we weren’t keen on investing in expensive mulch. Marcus came to our rescue delivering 2 trailer loads of bushman/cottage mulch within 24hours of enquiry. The mulch was absolutely perfect and looks fantastic in our garden. Marcus was extremely neat when delivering the mulch and left the driveway very clean. He was always a delight to chat too. When Marcus visited my property, he closely examined the challenging site where all the tree stumps were located on the retaining wall, close to the fence. He took the time to explain the details of his approach to the job. His direct involvement in both quoting and executing the work instilled confidence in me. As promised, on the scheduled day, Marcus efficiently removed approximately 12 stumps. Moreover, he allowed me to collaborate with him during the process, ensuring meticulous execution. Despite the difficulty of the job, Marcus did not rush and ensured that both he and I were satisfied with the result. I am extremely satisfied with Marcus' service. I hired Marcus to remove a large tree branch and smaller branches from a massive gum tree that overhangs my property from next door. Marcus has been fantastic to deal with - he's professional, friendly and takes pride in doing a great job. When doing a quote, Marcus took the time to discuss the problem with me and what the options were for removal of tree branches. Communication has been excellent throughout the whole process, including undertaking the quote as well as booking in and completing the job itself. The job was a challenging one, and couldn't quite be finished in one day, so Marcus took it upon himself to come back during the Easter weekend to ensure it was finished to his standards.
