They arrived on time, were extremely polite and professional. They had all the specialist equipment required for the job, completed the work within the expected timeframe, then left my place very tidy. The price was competitive with other quotes I’d sourced for this work. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The crew were able to make the arrangements to bring them down in two days. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, friendly and polite, then left the yard and street pristine. We had an incredible experience with this team. Misty has been supporting us with back and forth questions for months, prior to any work commencing on our block. She was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions - being first time home builders. We had some delays with council approval, though Misty and the team were able to seamlessly schedule the job into their busy schedule as soon as we got approval. The work itself by Arthur and the team was completed efficiently and easily in no time at all. Zero complaints!! The French Lumberjack & Co did a super job cleaning up the storm damage at our property from Cyclone Alfred. Arthur and his team were prompt, efficient and polite. Under less than perfect conditions they took great care to cause minimal impact to our gardens in the process of removing dangerous hangers, broken branches and uprooted trees. Highly recommend.
