They responded promptly to request for inspection and quotation and scheduled the job within a very reasonable time. Highly recommend this company. They were prompt with every step of the process and competitively priced. Joel and Lachlan were our arborists on the day and they were an excellent team - great work, communication, advice, and banter to boot. We had some tricky work, including a big dead leader overhanging a large shed and dead gums to drop around subsurface irrigation that couldn't be impacted or driven on. They cleared it all without issue and we wouldn't hesitate to have them back for more work when needed.

Excellent service. It was necessary to use a crane to lift the tree over the dwelling.I thought that being a wet misty morning they may have not proceeded however the crew were not deterred and completed the removal within 2 hrs of the allotted 3 hr crane hire. The site was left clean, the crew were friendly and kept me informed. A job well done.

The entire team from Garwood Tree Services has been truly amazing. They are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The whole process from first point of contact, quoting and removal of three very large gum trees situated extremely close to our house was seamless.
