Evian and his team of were professional and probably the most well mannered workers I’ve met in years. Obviously highly skilled and they all worked well together and seemed to enjoy their job. The only thing that has stopped me giving five stars is that I felt Paul, who seems to be the manager and only came to my property to quote, could have communicated a bit better, otherwise great job from start to end. The whole experience of working with “ Branching Out Tree Specialists “ was really quite exceptional. From meeting Mark who came out to asses the condition of my trees and give advice, to meeting the lovely lads who did the job. I’m fiercely protective of my trees and was so impressed with the sensitivity and competence of their work. They were very careful of the other plants close by the working site and damaged nothing. They are a great team and worked so harmoniously together, like a well composed piece of music. I feel extremely lucky to have found them. Very impressed with your service from the first quote to the completed job. Very knowledgeable with great advice on how to cut back our tree to promote its health and growth. Very professional team on the day to cut back our huge ficus leaving it looking better than when they came. Very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them and use them again.
