We hired Acclaim to thin out several golden cane palms that had grown above 10m. Their team were efficient and professional and looked after surrounding plants, with no damage. All waste mulched on site and thorough clean up after the job. We have previously used Acclaim to trim lemon myrtles along our easement and were impressed with that job as well. I highly recommend Acclaim for any tree trimming, removal work.

From requesting a quote though to having my job completed dealing with Acclaim Tree Care was outstanding. Their service was prompt and pricing very reasonable but I cant speak highly enough about the crew that attended site, promptly completed the job and left my place neat and tidy. Troy and his team were great to deal with. Calm, professional, punctual and well priced. Our job involved work on all four sides of the property and included some tricky issues around skinny access, shear volume, private and public power lines. A third party was required for work around the public mains power which was made clear from the start and their management of this was transparent and cost effective. They ultimately removed 4 trees and 8 stumps for us. From first contact, through quoting and work being completed communication was clear timely and polite both from Troy and the office. The work was hard and fast, nothing was missed and the clean up was spot on Acclaim were the 6th outfit I contacted about our work. 3 ghosted one offered a price guide and declined the work and one gave an 'I don't want it' price. Great to deal with and I wish them every success.

We were impressed with the professionalism of the crew who came to remove four trees from our backyard. They were polite and went about their business efficiently and showed great skill in bringing down the trees.
