Nathan is very professional, super friendly, and 100% honest. He came to quote us for a job and actually told us we could do it ourselves and save the $$. He talked us through the process and even leant us some of his tools for the day to do the job ourselves- all this free of charge. Thoroughly recommend Nathan as a true professional and not out to rip off the elderly. My 78 year old dad rang him yesterday to get a quote to remove 2 small tree stumps. Nathan arrived not long after the phone call and removed the stumps quite easily on the spot. Didn't charge my dad a cent, he said the job was too easy to charge. My dad was so happy he couldn't wait to ring and tell me. Thanks Nathan for looking after my dad.

NVL Stump Grinding was a pleasure to deal with. Nathan is punctual, professional, polite and his prompt communication is rare in the trade world. All the work was studied prior to attending, due to his dilengence by making 'Dial before you dig' and 'Google Maps' enquiries. The work was completed quickly and he used relevant safety equipment to protect windows nearby. I also used Nathan for an investment property and he kept me informed of the progress and completion with photos. I couldn't be more happy with the work done and if I could give 6 stars, I would.
