Instead, he took the time to walk us through his entire plan, explaining exactly how he’d safely remove the massive gum tree and prune other large gum tree as some large branches were posing risk . The removal was executed with precision and care. Mulching was done on-site as we had requested , yard was cleaned of debries . For the pruning, they removed those braches that posed a risk , they also removed some deadwood from other trees , enhancing airflow without sacrificing its natural form. For the level of service and expertise we received the price was very fair. But more than the clean cuts and tidy cleanup, it was Shane’s attitude that sealed the deal. Friendly Fred's just took down a big gum tree at my house. These guys are frigging fantastic!!! Very fair pricing,ontime,efficient,clean,safe and yes very friendly. In a rental property and with large tree covering the front yard and lawn plus a very tall coco palm covered in pods and too high to reach Fred's took the call. Previously used Fred's services in two other properties. Date and time arranged and they arrived on time and were straight into the job. Darren and the guys split the two jobs and frankly ripped through it in very quick time. Front tree was felled, shredded, stump ground and yard and road swept very clean in under 20 minutes. Palm was climbed and safely trimmed with all pods, fronds, bits also shredded, yard left clear and tidy and all green waste removed. Fred's has always been excellent and extremely great value in a competitive market. Awesome job, Thank You.

I have used Friendly Fred’s for all my tree needs for the last ten years and have just used them again last week. They are absolutely professional in every way , from quoting to checking approvals, sending insurance details with quote, arriving on time, doing exactly what they quoted and leaving the place in perfect order. I have used Friendly Fred's for over 10 years for all my tree needs. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. I wish there were more stars to give. They helped me out last year when I was having trouble with a tree that was too close to my roof and causing damage.. I can't say what you guys did, as I don't want to advertise you as a charity.
