  Awesome service from Peter. I called him early on New Year’s Eve and he came out a few hours later. I was going to go with another provider who had already given me a quote over the phone, but the reviews for PP Appliances won me over. Peter ended up charging way less and fixed my washing machine the same day. Super glad I decided to repair it instead of buying a new one! Feels good knowing I’ve found a reliable person to call next time. Highly recommend!

  Thank you Peter! My washing machine broke down over the Christmas period. I first called the big appliance repair business in my area, and they advised that they didn’t repair Fisher & Paykel machines. So I searched google for a local appliance repairman and found Peter from PP Appliances. My husband phoned Peter and he came out within a couple of hours and repaired my washing machine within 30 minutes and it’s now running as good as it did 10+ years ago for a very reasonable repair price (and a very small fraction of the price I had expected to pay for a whole new washing machine). I’m glad we found Peter, he’s very fair, reasonable and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I contacted Peter about my fridge that wasn’t cooling properly, and instead of charging me a call-out fee, he kindly offered troubleshooting advice over the phone. After I followed his suggestions and called back with an update, he asked about my fridge settings and guided me to adjust them. Bingo – the fridge is now working perfectly! It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely wants to help rather than make money. Peter’s honesty and willingness to assist saved me both time and money. Truly appreciated – highly recommended!
