  Remember those tucked away shops in the 70s etc, ? The shops that had been there forever and didn't have that 'look at me, look at me' feel.? Businesses which were owned and staffed with experts, specialists, enthusiasts. Not marketing puppets. This place is one of those. Fixed my older Breville coffee machine in half the time I expected, very reasonable $s, and a great bunch to deal with. They can apparently fix pretty much anything. Authorised service agents for some big names as well

  Great service. I walked in with a broken vacuum cleaner and they fixed it on the spot for virtually loose change! Will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Had a vacuum under warranty repaired by Boronia Appliance Repairs. They were really lovely and went out of their way to help me with dropping off and picking up my vac since I couldn't make it to the shop during business hours. They also dealt with the manufacturer after doing diagnostics, which I was very grateful for since the manufacturer was difficult to deal with, and fixed the vacuum perfectly with no issues. I'm very appreciative, and would happily use their service again.

  Great. Sometimes it can take a while.to get your appliance back and there isn't any communication in between so you just have to wait and trust they are working on it. They are very busy as not many places do these repairs. They also nicely carry your appliance to your car for you. My coffee machine works great now but it took a while
