    Our dishwasher had stopped working. I live in Nathalia and rang his mobile. We had a laugh when I was told he was in Wangaratta. He then tried via the mobile to ask me questions and getting me to try different buttons etc to see if it would resolve by staying on the phone with me for at least a half and hour. We agreed we need a replacement and gave me the Name and type of Bosch Dishwasher to buy. We have just installed the Bosch today and fitted under the sink perfectly as he suggested. We have our a wash through - all great. Peter is a fantastic man and was so helpful. I would recommend his service to everyone in his area. So grateful Peter. Not too many great guys like him.     Excellent service. You know from the first two words when you speak with someone on the ph, that you are dealing with a professional business. I myself only spoke on the ph with the friendly lady (forgot her name sorry) who secured the booking, and i only spoke with peter on the ph. My husband was home when peter arrived, and he was well versed in our washing machine model, and was honest and very helpful , as we had to purchase a new machine, and he was well informed on what was good in the maket place to help advise us on a quality product. Would not hesitate to deal with this business again 10/10. Karen and Dave.
