    I was so impressed by the service with North West Appliance. My washing machine broke down unexpectedly and within a 48 hrs NW Appliance had it up and running. Kaine was reliable and explained the issues and the repair he'd undertaken. This company really cares about their customers. Would definitely call them again if needed.

    Good price to check my machine out to see if what was the issue (had the option of bringing it in, or pay a call out fee to be looked at in situ). Showed me exactly what had gone wrong with the Control Board. Gave me options so I could choose to fix or replace. Very professional, trustworthy and helpful. Have used North West Appliance Service before, and always good service. Would not use anyone else.
