This Company is the most unprofessional, backward, uncomunicative , unhelpful, company I have ever dealt with in Tasmania and Victoria. They have no idea how to answer a phone, take a message, respond to a message, deal with a client, how to schedule in a repair, follow up with scheduled repairs, or turn up to do the repair. Very unsatisfactory and frustrating experience and suggest you avoid using them at all costs.

Bruce went way above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our Samsung refrigerator. I have never come across anyone with so much knowledge who was so happy to share it and help in any and every way he could. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and prices were extremely reasonable. Honestly if you need help with your refrigerator he's your man, we were really impressed.

These guys went out if their way to help and even got my job covered under an experied warranty. Bruce and Ashyln were brilliant I would highly recommend them to anybody. Good old fashion friendly service. Thanks guys.
