After phoning manufacturers and contacting various vacuum stores about my Tineco S3vacuum mop machine and being told to dump it and get a new one. I found About Clean in Ipswich. Kylie assured me it could be fixed and Jason did a fantastic job and it’s as good as new. This shop is amazing large variety of floor products and cleaning supplies same as Godfrey’s use to sell. A family owned business which I’ll be supporting.

Thankyou soooo much kylie for my new hoover washer. I cant thankyou enough for your polite, compassionate and speedy service not only for a functioning vacum, but in such tough times caring for dad. I can not fault this branch of About Clean. I traveled from Chamber Flat to Ipswich (1 hour travel each way) and I am so glad I did. The service was the best. Both people who served me very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They took time out to assist me with my warranty repair (and they were ever so lovely to my GranD daughters 😍). I would travel that 2hr trip again if I ever need help again. Thank you 😊

* Kylie from "The Vacuum Shop" was just 5 star. * She didn't embarrass me for what was a simple fix. * She was quick and efficient in her diagnosis of the issue. * She offered to organise new filters on my behalf if required. * She was well worth the 1 hour drive to Ipswich and back to visit. * Better value than buying a new vacuum unnecessarily. * I can't speak highly enough of her assistance. She checked the vacuum cleaner out and discovered that there was no blockage as such as the real issue was with the filters. It would appear despite me "bashing" the filters I should have been hand washing them or just replacing them and so I went and bought some new filters (given the ones in there were about 10 years old). The vacuum cleaner now works like a dream and the suction has returned to (better than) normal with the new filters.

We drove an hour to The Vacuum Shop, and we were greeted with a lovely lady named Kylie. Kylie couldn't have been a better Sales person, she was knowlegdeable and she was fantasic to interact with. Making it so easy to buy a new vacuum. She let us demostrate one, she even gave us directions on how to set it up and get going when we got home. Even explained how to clear the handle if it gets clogged. We got the Werthiem 7 Series (It was also a birthday present to my self. 😂) The machine is fantasic, I even never seen my carpet soo fluffed back up and the amount of fine dust in the dust seperator, and the hard floor turbo brush is fantasic on hard floors they feel soo clean. Will 100% be coming back.
