These guys are the best!!! Even though they were absolutely under the pump, they took our fridge for us and had it repaired and back to us as quickly as possible. There customer service is amazing! Highly recommend 👌

Wow, Customer service still exists and this is the place to get it. Traveling from QLD and lost our fridge. Rosie was super friendly and helpful and came in and met us on the show holiday to pick up a part to fix our fridge. Thanks so much for giving up your day off to help us out. Holiday resumed.

Excellent repair of my fridge/freezer. Diagnosis was quick and the right part was in the van even though they didn't know what sort of fridge I had. Reception staff courteous and proficient. Billing and payment was seamless and they were happy to include a report with the invoice so I can deal with my insurer.
