My vacuum cleaner simply stopped. I Googled repairers and spoke to Tony of Dyson Repair Services. He was very informative. Suggested I drop off my item or alternatively he could arrange a pick up/drop off service, naturally at a fee. I chose the latter. Upon inspection Tony rang me to discuss issues/prices. Realizing that I had purchased this item in 2009 it was time for a change. I respect and appreciate Tony's honesty and service provided. I highly recommend this company when in need of repairs.

Customer service champions, very professional, with product knowledge and awareness of the appliances, in this case it was my 5.5 year old Dyson. Honoured their word with what I was told. They were very patient and understanding when I was asking a few questions consecutively esp since I didn't achieve anything through Dyson Customer Care last year. Very responsive and quick repair wait time and it was worth keeping my old vacuum for the immaculate experience I had. Thanks :-) will definitely recommend to others.

Absolute amazing experience ~ spoke with Tony and within a short period of time my DC54 Dyson vacuum cleaner was picked up at my door. Tony phoned on the Monday explained a few issues and last night (Saturday) was returned to my front door, almost like new. I have had this machine for over 15 years, really unbelievable service and hassle free. Highly recommend!

So impressed with the speed and reliability of service. Tony is just lovely, communication was terrific and I felt I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend for kitchenaid repairs and will use them again (hopefully won’t need them again too soon though!)

Great service and reasonably priced - problems with my vacuum were clearly explained and I was given a range of options to fix everything. My Dyson is now running as good as new. Really happy with their customer service and I'll definitely be using them again when I next need to service my vacuum.
