  AIM is the single best repair service I have ever had the good fortune to work with. I was curious how Tim had a perfect rating in Google reviews when I was in desperate need of help. I almost didn’t call him because the reviews were so good. I thought there is no way AIM can be that good. They are. They deserve every 5 star rating on their profile. Seriously. Tim was quick to make contact, did every single thing he promised to do, showed up on time, called to confirm he was on his way and did a great (and reasonably priced job) that restored our Miele dishwasher as quickly as humanly possible. In fact, Tim went above and beyond what I could have expected to get us up and running as economically as possible, across two visits. I am not only posting this review, but telling everyone I know, including the people I work with, that if you are frustrated with poor response, poor quality and over priced support, to give AIM and Tim a call and you will not be disappointed. All of his five star reviews are for real. Call him and you can relax. Thanks Tim!!!!

  Tim provided a fantastic service fixing my fridge after I called him on a Saturday with a cooling issue. He told me what he suspected and gave me some advice which was helpful and made an appointment for Monday. (I said I was fine to get through till then) On Monday Tim arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and communicated what he was checking as he quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue which was an easily replaceable part that he had on hand so I was good to go in no time. The price for the callout and repair was also very reasonable so I won't hesitate to call Tim for any other issues in the future and highly recommend to anyone.

  Reached out to AIM appliance repairs hoping the water dispenser on my fridge could be repaired. Tim was true to his word on being able to diagnose the issue within 15 mins. After that it was a breeze to communicate and he got the ice and water happening again. A miracle! He was very knowledgeable and confident. I’m so glad I reached out. Very pleased!
