Sandra and Jan were able to help me out at very short notice when my aircon suddenly stopped working, which was of course in the middle of summer 😅. Less than 4 hours after the initial call for help, Jan arrived to diagnose the problem, and then received a follow up call from Sandra who is assisting me with the warranty claim process to fix my broken system through the manufacturer. I look forward to using these guys for all my aircon servicing/repair needs for the future. Happy to support a smaller family business, and you should too!

Firstly, I have to say the owners of this business were both lovely people. The husband Jan is officially one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. They were both amazing from start to finish. From the first phone call to the install they made sure to work with us and were flexible when we needed to change dates for the install. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of service was amazing, the install was done to a high standard. I cannot recommend them high enough. I have renovated multiple houses and I will never use anyone ever again apart from these guys for my AC installs and service.

Sandra has been excellent in her service. She was responsive and prompt. On the day I contacted her regarding my requirements and the issue with my large ducted system—which needed replacement due to the unavailability of R22 refrigerant—an onsite technical assessment and advice were provided that same afternoon. A quote was given the following day, and the unit was replaced within five days, which I truly appreciated. This is a family business, and Jan and the A team were professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and left the place clean and tidy. The new Mitsubishi unit is fantastic and cools very effectively. When running, the indoor sound is almost inaudible, and the outdoor noise level is about half that of my previous unit. I am glad that my family will be able to enjoy a “cool, cool, cool” Christmas this year.
