We have had only fantastic experiences working with Complete Refrigeration and Air. They are incredibly reliable and a contractor I genuinely trust to look after our assets and tenants. Their response time to reactive issues is excellent, and they consistently provide practical, honest advice rather than just a quick fix. They understand the importance of maintaining long-term equipment performance and healthy working relationships. Joel is always willing to help, approachable, and proactive in his communication — which makes a huge difference in facilities management. Highly recommend Complete Refrigeration and Air to anyone looking for a responsive and dependable refrigeration and mechanical contractor.

Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We have been working with Compelte for years and they have been a game-changer for our business. We had ongoing issues with our cool room that others struggled to fix, but their team diagnosed it properly and sorted it fast. They have always been professional, tidy, and kept us in the loop. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and that gives us real peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough and won't go anywhere else.
