  This is my second split system installed by Scott and his team, and once again they did a fantastic job. The installation looks great, is professionally done, and the price was more than reasonable. Scott is always great to work with, quick to reply and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond by helping me order a non-standard part from Fujitsu that enables remote AC control, something you can't order directly as a consumer.

  Scott was very kind, courteous and incredibly punctual. He worked hard and was determined to install 2 Mitsubishi air conditioners in the time given. His friendly demeanour and great sense of humour made it easy to trust him with access to the entire house (without anyone being present). John the electrician was also kind and punctual. Highly recommend both for air conditioner installation.

  Called Ambience Air after the xmas break regards split system replacement. Details taken and Scott , one of their installers called shortly after to arrange to come and give us a quote. He came after work, explained all options and came back a few days later with quotes which were competitive considering the time of year. Installation was quick, clean and professional by Scott and his team. Very happy with the service from everyone
