I cannot recommend enough. They installed a aircon unit in the house and a few days later it had issues. Within 3 days they had come out and replaced it with a new one. It’s not how a company treats you when everything is good, it’s how they act when things go wrong. That’s the level of service you get with Terry and Jo. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Our 12 year old panasonic ducted aircon finally gave up the week before Christmas. I tried at least 6 local aircon businesses an Ac cooling services were the only ones that could even look at it before the new year. The diagnoses was that the internal motor had given up the ghost and needed to be replaced. I got a quote for the motor and also a replacement Mitsubishi unit of the same capacity using the current ducting to reduce the overall cost. I went with the replacement Mhi unit as the price was reasonable and there was no way of knowing how long the panasonic unit would last. The communication was good and the installers turned up on the day allocated for the install. After the install I inspected the work and found that they had not replaced my ceiling insulation correctly leaving gaps and the outdoor unit was not level making it move to and fro with slight pressure. I sorted the insulation myself and Terry came out and secured the outdoor unit with a chain. The previous unit was solid with no movement. I would have gave 5 stars but I feel that they dropped the ball on the install in this instance. Hopefully the unit will be reliable.

Everything is good from Terry came in and providing the quote, Ash doing the installation, Matt connecting the power and Jo co-ordinating the process.

Quick turnaround for a fully ducted AC service, Terry did a very thorough job. Highly recommend, will use again. Thank you.
