Great experience with Unitests. I recently had my evaporative cooler serviced and the water sensor replaced, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. The job was completed quickly and the system is now running perfectly again. Really happy with the service — I’ve already passed their details on to my sister who will be reaching out as well. Highly recommend!

Engaged Unitest this time on Evap cooling for my 15y old Bonaire unit. Service was available within two days during the summer holiday period, which was beneficial. Unitest sends out a quote where they specify the work they do. This is a good working standard and very useful for non technical customers, surprisingly it is not common among trading businesses yet in Australia.; overall provides confidence to the customer that they know what service they are planning to provide. Josh was the technician, pre and on the job communication was very good. Josh spent at least 45min on the roof, previously service technicians from other companies did not spend more than 10min on the roof, in hindsight tells me that the required work was likely not done properly. So again, Josh provided confidence that work was done properly. Unitest provides photos afterwards, which I found most powerful, I have not been on the roof and have no idea what an evap service would look like; a strong buying factor for me as customer. They charged at time of booking, which I found unusual, but accepted it. Improvement opportunity for the future: a simple final table format report could be provided with short comments against each service line item as per their quote this would link up and close the service process properly. Overall very positive service experience, I would consider them again and personally would ask if Josh could be assigned to the work.

I recently had to call Unitests to have my evaporative air conditioner serviced. It was so nice to have my call answered by a real person, a lovely lady called Patricia, she was so helpful and organised very quickly to have someone come out to check and service my air conditioner. I was told the time and name of the person that would coming to do the work. The day of the service I had a message to say that Josh was on his way, when Josh arrived he was so friendly and explained what was wrong and what he had to do. I later received an email with photos of what had been done to the unit on the roof. I was so impressed with this company that I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will definitely be using them to service my heating system before winter arrives.

Had Josh come out and do our evap aircon service, he was super friendly and got the job done wonderfully and without a fuss! Even when I had a follow up question after he left he was quick to respond and happy to help. So happy with the service and will definalty be using Unitests again Thanks guys!
