The great team at trace heating did a 100% amazing job from first call when I started looking for a new fireplace insert for a 1930s solid brick house. They were all very informative on the correct wood heater for our space, advised on the best product to fit and heat the house. The installation was personally carried out by Darren the owner and was done perfectly. Our very small fireplace required some major modifications to fit the new wood fire heater and Darren came up with all the solutions to make it work. Very professional and great eye for detail at every step. The team (Dali) in the office showroom was fantastic with all my question too! They all really know their stuff.

Darren even went out of his way to install a whirlybird on our roof at the same time of our fireplace installation. I highly recommend these guys if you are interested in a new fireplace their service and expertise is second to none.

Super friendly and very helpful with educating us and finding the right solution for our specific needs. We never felt rushed or pushed in any aspect of their service which really made it so much easier as we know we were genuinely taken care of. Being flexible with many options to work within our budget, aesthetic/functional needs and time frame; this is old school customer care that you don’t experience much these days! We purchased this Nectre 15 wood heater from Trace heating and cooling in Ferntree Gully from an amazing lady called Dali!! This heater has been awesome !! We have an 11foot ceiling and it heats our kitchen lounge dining without issues . It is easy to use and doesn’t use much wood, we use a mix of red gum and brushwood. I would recommend this little beauty for anyone looking for a fire in a small area ! Perfect !!!

We went with a brand we'd never heard of before but have been super impressed so far. Timeframe was very quick and installation was easy because the guys know what they're doing, clean and tidy finish. We're very happy and have already recommended to friends.
