I would like to sincerely thank the Surrey Air team for their excellent cooperation in restoring heating to our home. I first met Damien while he was repairing a ducted heating system for a mutual client and felt he would be the right person to assist with my own. After I explained my situation, he kindly came by the same day to assess the issue. Following a thorough inspection and with trial and error, it was determined that the unit was beyond repair. The team then provided a competitive option for installing a new unit. Throughout the process, Surrey Air was highly responsive, and I had the pleasure of meeting and communicating with several members of the team. Despite it being the middle of winter, they worked efficiently to resolve our heating problem and brought warmth back into our home. If you need your gas unit repaired or replaced, I highly recommend giving the Surrey Air team a call. Thank you once again, and all the best.

Excellent customer service with up to date and very polite communication. The tech was very polite and professional with his work. The service fee was very reasonable. I'd recommend this company for service and will use them for installation if the opportunity arises

Had an issue with our upstairs Daikin unit not draining, so was leaking water onto our loungeroom floor. Jason attended and took me through all the possible reasons for the leak (there are 13) and 1 by 1 removed each as a possible reason. With only 1 reason remaining, I may need another attendance as the fix is a 2 person job. Jason was clear, easy to talk to and didn't mess about. Provided excellent ongoing maintenance instructions as well. Overall my experience to date has been quite positive, they managed to get the service call in before the 40 degree day, which was awesome! Recommended!!!

I am very pleased my 18 year old Daikin split system was repaired by Surrey Air Condition. Cost of 380 dollars initial call was fair as the serviceman had to spend hour and half inside and above roof to find the fault. Quote was timely given by mail . A 65% deposit was required and upon arrival of the parts Nick called to arrange a repair date. The whole procedure went promptly and smoothly. Technician Daniel did a clean job very pleasant and polite.

I have had Jason Schultz from Surrey Air come this morning to fix and service my Mitsubishi Electric A/C. An absolute gentleman, a huge smile.. Jason is a true gentleman and worked promptly and efficiently whilst straightening out the outside Unit. I will always use Surrey Air for servicing from now on. Thank you Jason .
