Stuart Slee is a top class company. Stuart and Kate are reliable, provide brilliant customer service, and are a joy to engage with. And they are extremely knowledgeable with advice on which appliances are good, and ones to avoid. They have been our go-to repair and service company for over fifteen years and we’ve always found them to be excellent.

Stu fixed a seal on our washing machine. His administration was quick to order the part in and he was quick to attend. We were very happy with how tidy Stuart was when he did his work. Called Stuart with fridge issues after not getting anywhere with a fridge repairer that visited my house twice and speaking to others on the phone. Stuart explained that Phillip Island was too far away, but was happy to spend time on the phone diagnosing the problem, providing me with a part number for the faulty controller and supplier details........ a few days later the part arrived, plugged it in and fridge now working. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased.

I absolutely cannot fault these guys! Had a washing machine that was out of warranty, Stuart helped us get the part for nothing and only charged installation cost.
