Reliable, Efficient, Professional and Affordable. Finally someone you can rely on. From the initial email I sent him, Richard always got back very quick answering all my questions. Very transparent and no hidden fees or cost. Arrived on time, explained the work he was going to do and off he went to install perfectly our unit, without wasting any minute. Got in contact with Richard a few years ago to replace an old unit and he was extremely professional the entire time, took the time to explain the install and my other questions. Was so happy with the previous install and price that I just had a second unit installed at the front. I know who to call next time I need a new unit! Couldnt recommend Richard highly enough. No BS, just gets on and does a highly professional job.

Even better, the best combined price for supply and install conditioners. I liked the service and price so much, I added another 2 3.5kw air conditioners one week later. One to the living area and the other to the sunroom. Richard was his usual reliable self!
