Joel and his team were fantastic. Workmanship was first class and answered all my questions as they completed the job. While the team were slightly more expensive to others the value add was great and gave me peace of mind that I have an excellent solar system installed. Would recommend (we had them complete our job as a subcontractor under Origin)

To be totally honest I was very worried about the installation process, many histories about dodgy installers and companies online. But Online Air & Solar has provided the best service ever from the quoting, application for my rebate and installation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend them if you are looking for upgrades or changing from gas to energy.

Generally happy with service provided. Resh the the sales manager was most professional and went out of his way to provide exyra assistance and advice when asked. Installation went smoothly and was kept updated as to progress . There was a minor problem with a software update but this was resolved quickly. Would reccomend the company.

After Solar panels and reverse cycle aircon I had an opportunity to install a battery to the system. We thank you very much to Tanvir for organising this for us so promptly. Also Ashley for your wonderful follow up and bring the installation date in advance thanks for your outstanding coordination. Also for professional job done on the installation date by Alvin the Electrician. So I am happy to recommend Online Solar Team for their outstanding job to anyone who is seeking any Solar related work.

A great all-round experience. Friendly professional staff rceommended solutions, answered any questions or concerns I had in working out what was best for my specific requirements and expectations. The installers did an excellent job and it looks great and functions well beyond what I had expected. They took the time to answer my many questions on the day. I have no problem in recommending them to others looking for solar battery sales and installation.

I couldn’t be happier with my solar + battery install. Resh made the whole process simple—no overselling, just honest answers and solid advice. The inspection before install gave me confidence, and the crew did a fast, clean job. The system has been producing above expectations, even with the recent weather.
