⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Expertise & Genuine Care – MZ Air Mark Zach from MZ Air recently installed my 16kW Panasonic reverse cycle ducted system, and I can say without hesitation that the experience exceeded every expectation. What truly sets Mark apart is the value he brings long before the installation even begins. He set aside significant time to walk me through the different system options, explained the technical differences in clear and practical terms, and ensured I understood what would work best — not just in theory, but specifically for my home. Rather than offering a generic solution, Mark provided a thoughtful, tailored recommendation designed to deliver the best long-term performance, efficiency, and comfort for my house. That level of care and detail is rare. His knowledge, experience, and professionalism are second to none. The installation itself was seamless and completely hassle-free. The workmanship is outstanding, the system performs beautifully, and every detail reflects the pride Mark and his team take in their work. It’s uncommon to find a tradesperson who combines technical mastery with integrity, patience, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for the client. Mark does exactly that. I cannot recommend Mark and MZ Air highly enough. If you are considering ducted heating and cooling, do yourself a favour and speak to Mark first. A truly first-class, 5-star experience.

Mark is fantastic! Amazing service, genuinely cares and down to earth! My AC Unit broke down during the hottest long weekend of the decade on Australia Day, regardless Mark still tried to help during his off time. He came the next working day before 9, liaised with my Property Agent and quickly worked his magic. Thank you again Mark, you deserve a 10-star review for this one. - Andy

We got the Panasonic S-180PE4R / U-180PZH3R5, for double story home mix of new ducts and outlets and also reusing old ducts from the existing ducted system.
