We have been using Metrocool to service our heating and cooling for years. We have had only wonderful customer service from the office staff who are professional and kind and always aware of our job to the staff who attend our home who are always respectful and communicate all aspects of the task required . We have had annual services, replacement parts for existing services and just recently had to replace splits in our home. All times Metrocool have been transparent in their billing, timeline required and what is required to complete the jobs. Highly recommend

Trying to cancel my bad review I left a few days ago but I can’t find it or do anything about it. Metro heating & cooling called me back & have been fantastic. I’m all booked in for my switch out from gas ducting to split systems throughout & cldnt be happier. Jason went above & beyond to sort out the most suitable units, for our house, specific to our needs. Also called and helped my brother out. Fantastic. Thank you
