McCaig Air Conditioning

Good air-conditioning is right up there when it comes to a large investment for your home. Once you have found a supplier there are many touch points along the way. With McCaig’s, I dealt with Josh on the sales team, Pam in the office and even Jeremy at the Mitsubishi support line. This coupled with a team of professional installers who arrived early, worked continuously all morning to make sure the unit was fitted correctly. There is a lot of WOW to this whole story including the 8KW Mitsubishi air-conditioner itself. It is super quiet compared to the aircon it replaces. The Wi-Fi control you can get just blows my mind. The fact you can turn the unit on from anywhere, via your phone, and your home is warm (or cold) when you walk in the door is just incredibly fantastic. The air conditioning industry, I have learnt, is a very labour intensive one, and this is an important consideration when making your choice. You will want the right people. Well done to the team at McCaig Air-conditioning!!!

Service at McCaig Air-conditioning is amazing. We had two new split systems put in and from the time we had the assessment and quote done by Josh to the time of completion, the whole experience was quick and floorless. The tradesmen were extremely professional and thorough. They went through all the functions of the split systems to make using them even easier. Could not recommend McCaig enough excellent work.

Needed some help with our heating system after buying a house. James came out and was very helpful. We also asked for a manual on our system and he went above and beyond, printed one out, put it in a binder and delivered it. Top quality service

We had McCaig install an air conditioning system in 4 rooms of our heritage home. From the first contact through to completion the service and professionalism was outstanding. Choosing an option that worked with the aesthetics of the rooms was the perfect choice. Thanks to all at McCaig - couldn't be happier.
